MysiaTech ("we", "our", or "us") provides the Circloop mobile application ("Application") as a service. This Privacy Policy is prepared to provide transparent information on how we process, store, and protect user data in compliance with Google Play Store Data Safety policies.

1. Information Collection and Use

When you use the Application, certain data is collected automatically by integrated third-party SDKs to provide an optimized and functional experience. The game itself does not require user accounts.

• Usage Data & Progress: Your in-game progress, scores, and achievements are stored locally on your device. We do not store your game progress on external cloud databases.
• Analysis and Diagnostics: We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to measure performance and fix bugs. These services automatically collect technical data such as device identifiers, app interactions, and crash logs.
• Advertising Data: To display ads, we use Google AdMob, which processes your Advertising ID (AAID) and IP address to deliver advertisements and prevent fraud.

2. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The Application uses the following third-party services which may collect information used to identify you:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Google AdMob: We use AdMob to deliver advertisements. You may receive Personalized Ads (based on interests) or Non-Personalized Ads. You can manage these settings in your Android "Google Settings > Ads" menu.

3. Consent Management (EEA/UK Users)

For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we implement the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to comply with GDPR. We request your explicit consent before serving personalized ads or processing specific advertising-related data. You can update your preferences anytime within the app settings.

4. Data Security and Retention

All analytical and advertising data collected by Google services (Firebase/AdMob) is transmitted using secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS). We do not host our own servers to collect personal identifiable information (PII).

5. User Rights and Data Deletion

Because the app does not feature user accounts or cloud profiles, your game data is tied to your physical device. You can delete your game progress at any time by clearing the application's data in your Android settings or by uninstalling the application. Users can also reset their device's Advertising ID via their Android system settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Circloop does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. Our advertising configuration via AdMob complies with applicable family policies. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

7. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
